The Purchase Order Terms and Conditions available by clicking on the relevant country icon below are those conditions which cover all 'purchase orders' and shall apply, unless reference to a specific contract is given on the Purchase Order, in which case the terms and conditions of the specified contract shall apply.
If the Seller does not wish to accept these Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, then the Seller should not accept the Purchase Order, and should inform Astellas forthwith.

Please always state our Purchase Order number on your invoice.
